Many people do the wedding ceremony of Western style these days. But I will tell the traditional Korean wedding like this picture. In addition, brids post small red circle on their cheeks because that mean that a red color can repel evil spirit. So that is one way for protecting thier wedding. Brid has to prepare two candlesticks, a female chicken, chestnuts, jujubes and rice etc on the table. These have each mean. The rice means rich, the chestnuts mean luck and the chicken means decendants. while they do wedding, They bow to each other and exchage cups of wine.
When they finish the wedding, the men change clothes that brid family made. And brid go men's house, and she prepares foods on a table. Next, she row to men's family, and the family throw the jujubes.
Still, there are a handful of couples who want to do a traditional Korean wedding.
