People's lives are busy.

There are multiple reasons why people do not receive public aid. Generally,  people are used to thinking that everyone is busy and that interrupting someone else can be annoying. There is when asking for public aid becomes an issue.  We live in a hurried society in which  time is money, so that when people need to get public aid choosing the correct stranger might be a real pain. Another reason why people do not receive public aid is due to bad experiences. For instance, if once you asked somebody on the street to give you money but the result was negative and you did not receive a penny, probably you will not ask for money on the street again because previously the petition was not successful. An aspect that would have to change to give public aid is the way of thinking about people. In addition, people should be more disposed to give public aid. Also, people have to know that giving public aid is not a waste of time. For example, someone asks you on the street to help him to carry some bags to his car. You should decide to give the public aid or not but before you make a decision think about yourself in a similar situation. Would you like to be ignored by everybody on the street? Undoubtedly, no.  So before you reject giving public aid to a stranger, you should think twice about it.
